1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the JAO War Machine platform ("Platform"), operated by WARFARE, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform is a decentralized application built on the Solana blockchain that facilitates social media marketing campaigns with cryptocurrency rewards. By using this Platform, you acknowledge the experimental nature of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
2. PLATFORM SERVICES
JAO War Machine provides:
- Campaign creation and management tools for marketers
- Automated distribution of JAO token and SOL rewards for Twitter engagement actions
- Wallet integration for Solana blockchain transactions
- Twitter account verification and action tracking
- Leaderboard and statistics tracking
3. USER REQUIREMENTS
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a valid Solana wallet address
- Have an authentic Twitter/X account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the Platform
- Not create multiple accounts to exploit the reward system
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree NOT to:
- Create fake or misleading campaigns
- Use multiple wallets with the same Twitter account
- Manipulate or artificially inflate engagement metrics
- Engage in any form of market manipulation or fraud
- Violate Twitter's Terms of Service or any third-party platform rules
- Use the Platform for illegal activities or money laundering
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its smart contracts
- Impersonate others or provide false information
5. TOKEN ECONOMICS & FEES
The Platform operates with the following fee structures:
JAO Token Campaigns:
- 85% of campaign funds distributed to participants as rewards
- 4% platform operational fee
- 8% reserved for gas/transaction costs
- 3% rotating allocation (alternates between token burn and liquidity pool injection)
SOL Campaigns:
- 88% of campaign funds distributed to participants as rewards
- 4% platform operational fee
- 8% reserved for gas/transaction costs
These percentages are programmatically enforced by smart contracts and cannot be modified without platform updates.
6. CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS

By using this Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Cryptocurrency values are extremely volatile and can lose value rapidly
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
- You are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys
- Smart contract bugs or exploits could result in loss of funds
- Regulatory changes could affect the Platform's operation
- The Platform is not responsible for any financial losses
- JAO tokens are not an investment product or security
7. CAMPAIGN RULES
Campaign creators must:
- Pre-fund campaigns with JAO tokens or SOL before activation
- Provide accurate campaign descriptions and requirements
- Not create campaigns that violate laws or platform policies
- Accept that ended campaigns automatically refund remaining unused funds
- Understand that campaign participation is voluntary
- Acknowledge that campaigns run indefinitely until all slots are filled or manually ended
Campaign participants must:
- Complete all required actions to receive rewards
- Use genuine Twitter engagement (no bots)
- Accept that rewards are distributed automatically upon verification
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by WARFARE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The JAO War Machine software is proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. See the LICENSE file for full terms.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARFARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Blockchain network failures or congestion
- Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
- Third-party actions or content
- Unauthorized access to your wallet
- Changes in token value or market conditions
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WARFARE, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. PRIVACY & DATA
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal data and prioritize user privacy. Blockchain transactions are public and immutable by nature.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Major changes will be announced through the Platform interface.
13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior. Termination does not affect blockchain transactions already confirmed.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
